Nola has anchored Decorating Den Interiors in the southwest Missouri region for 25 years! She is our fearless leader and mentor. Nola is not only an interior designer but also a great teacher. Our entire region looks to Nola for wisdom and encouragement!
Jennifer Green
Managing Partner
Jennifer has been our backbone for many years! She is funny, smart, talented, and feisty! She leads our office day-in and day-out and never seems to tire. Jennifer uses her background in accounting and business to ensure the success of our team!
Heather Malachowski

Heather loves her job! She has been with the design team in Nixa for over 15 years. Interior design doesn’t have to be scary or intimidating. Heather wants her clients to have FUN! Her method is simple: listen to her clients and help them achieve their goals!
Jillian Johnson
Interior Designer
Jillian brightens the lives of everyone who has the pleasure of being around her! If someone needs an extra hand; Jillian will lend that hand! Her passion for animals overflows into her design style, which is to create beautiful spaces for the ENTIRE family (furry ones included).

Maggie has been in the interior design industry for nearly 20 years! Her knowledge and expertise in all things interior design and fashion never ceases to amaze us. Maggie takes care of what we need before we even know ourselves!
Abbie Dameron
Interior Design Assistant
Abbie graduated Summa Cum Laude from Missouri State University in May of 2024 with her Bachelors Degree in Interior Design and is currently working as an assistant interior designer. Since cooking and baking are two of Abbie’s favorite activities, she highly enjoys creating functional and esthetically pleasing kitchen spaces!
